Zero stars, Procter was rude and disrespectful talking about how inconsiderate I was to schedule my test in the afternoon where he would have to get all the evening traffic. When asking for my credentials thru a sticky pad at me to write the info done and while I was testing I could hear him slamming drawers upset that now he would have to get out late.

I had a pleasant experience taking my TeXes teacher cert exam here. The front desk guy was very friendly and patient. They lock your items in a backpack and put it in a file cabinet. It was nice they provided noise cancelling headphones because there were five of us put in one small testing room. I’m only giving four stars because you could hear the conversations through the wall when new people would arrive and it was distracting. I’d take future exams here because I still felt focused and had a pretty good experience.

Worst testing center I have ever seen. I have no idea how they were able to get certified. While testing I constantly heard the proctor speaking loudly and the telephone ringing through paper-thin walls. If that wasn't enough, the air quality is horrendous. I felt like I could taste dust and mold with every breath. This place is filthy, disorganized, and unprofessional.

I walked into a tiny office with one person working. It had a very casual atmosphere which is totally unlike any other testing experience I’ve had anywhere in Texas. I was not offered a kids backpack to lock so I literally left my purse in a filing cabinet. Your testing space is a closet basically. You might as well call it a cardboard box because I could clearly hear every conversation from the learning center and the office areas that surround it. I kept my noise canceling headphones on the entire time. Also, someone’s phone kept ringing from their backpack. I do not recommend testing here. But I will say that the man that was running the place was very nice albeit unaware of all of the distractions.

Door was locked at center, no buzzer. So showing up 15 minutes early like told to by Pearson is pointless. Had to wait outside until a man came down to check to see if anyone was outside. The rooms are tiny and outdated and you can hear EVERYTHING! They did not have lockers but instead used kid’s backpacks that they’d lock the zippers together. 5 people went into a room in the back, myself and 2 others were put in what I can only assume used to be a storage closet. We were not offered erasable pads like at my usual testing center. About an hour or two in, the internet froze and we all had to wait before finally restarting our computers. The only positive side was that the man at the testing center was courteous and friendly. I would not recommend testing here.

Quick and easy testing! They have lots of times available compared to the other ones I saw in the area. They lock your bag in a filing cabinet while you’re testing so it’s safe. Matthew was super nice and made the process a breeze!

I arrived early. A few of us waited outside for about 20 minutes for the lady to let us in. We gave her two phone calls .Which then gave me attitude. She continued to be passive aggressive .she brought up that she had a gun in her car and that she was licensed to carry it but could not bring it into the building. I asked for a supervisor and I've been waiting for her for. What kind of staff is working here

I came on a Saturday to take a long 5 hour test that did take me 4.5 hours. Arrive on time or 15 min early since they need to come down to open door for you and you need to sign in, get photo taken and a palm print. Good luck to you on your test and you got this!
