Was lucky to get an appointment right away. went there at 9 o'clock told him that I had a bad battery and it took them 2 hours to come tell me that I had a bad battery. Another hour for the battery to get there. Another hour to get the car back into the garage and get the battery in.
I asked him how much the battery was... Brett Told me $200 I noticed down the invoice that it was $283 a little difference There. I was never asked if I wanted the battery protection service for $9.99 Which there is a 3 year warranty on the battery itself
Your advertising says fast ...they'd better take that out of their advertising cause they certainly are not.

Great location!! My truck was in today for an oil change, rotation and alignment!! Very knowledgeable technicians. David and Eric did awesome! On top of the great service, with winter here, they went right through my vehicle doing a multi point inspection, free of charge as part of the service. They even brought me out into the shop and showed me the condition of my brakes, so I could see for myself they needed to be replaced soon. Was also able to see how dirty my engine and cabin air filters were along with battery test results……tested good! 😊 Definitely recommend this location! Izzy the manager runs a great shop!!

Came here, with my infant daughter, to get my tires done and an oil change. While they were doing my tires, they noted that my front passenger side brakes were completely messed up -- I had them done by another shop less than a year ago. I'm 40 minutes from home, with a baby, and I can't get back up the mountain! Luckily, they have an incredible staff here. Not only did they inform me about my brake warranty, but they have a great relationship with O'Reilly's down the road (where I got my original brake pad from) and were able to get a brake pad on my car so I can get home, helped me figure out a game plan and still got me my new tires and oil change! Huge shout out to Erik the mechanic, who took the time out of his busy day to show me exactly what was going on, and to the service managers Pauline and Andrew who teamed up to make sure I was good to go. I'll be switching my car maintenance to them for the foreseeable future (after I make this other shop correct their mistake). Comfortable waiting room, very clean, plus a baby changing station in the bathroom (huge plus!) and a toy bucket for her to play with. Clean enough inside for me to feel safe enough to have my infant crawling on the ground playing! Also, free coffee and Wi-Fi. If you haven't come here for car care, you need to. And def speak with Pauline and Andrew and have Erik do your work. Top of the line people working here!

I’ve taken my vehicle to VIP Bennington a few times. This last time was horrible. I was having an issue with my 4WD. I made an appointment to get it looked at. I called prior to let them know I would be using warranty. Day of my appointment Manager Izzy tells me warranty takes a while and that his tech has the next two days off and maybe I should reschedule. I said no, we want it fixed. He then calls the warranty people and gives up after a few minutes because he doesn’t want to wait on hold. So he tells me he only scheduled me an hour and maybe I should bring it back. So finally after 30 minutes of him not looking at my vehicle, I tell him I will pay for the diagnostics and finally he brings it in. While the tech was looking at it Izzy is pacing back and forth next to my vehicle. Tech looked at it for a half an hour and my appointment was up and they told me I have to take it to the dealer. The whole time it seemed like Izzy wanted nothing to do with helping us and just wanted us to get out of his hair. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place and take it to somebody that actually wants to be helpful.

I like the lobby space and quick service. My last visit was for an oil change and a day or two later my tire pressure light came on. Initially I thought due to the cold, but when I checked the pressure they were all around 25psi when they should be closer to 32-35psi. So, I need to fill them all and the light went off.

Service was excellent. Andrew explained the tire options and which were currently available in the shop. After selecting one brand/type they quickly installed them and even fixed a small problem with one of a grill panels. Shop and waiting area are spacious and clean. I will be taking all of my vehicles there!!

First time customer for a state inspection. A state inspection is a state inspection regardless of where you go. What made the difference at VIP Tires & Service was extremely competent and friendly staff.

Huge thanks to the amazing team at VIP Tires in Bennington! I stopped in with a messed-up headlight (my fault - didn't get it screwed in right after replacing the bulb). Even though it was a cold, snowy afternoon, they fixed it for me right there on the spot, no charge! Ziggy was a lifesaver, getting my 'sleigh' ready to head back out on my adventure. Talk about service above and beyond! If you're in Bennington and need anything tire or car-related, do yourself a favor and choose VIP. They really go the extra mile. Thank you Ziggy & Team!
