Joey is great. He knows his stuff and is ready to customize your computer however you want. He is flexible if you only want to do a few upgrades at a time, and he will let you know if the parts you are considering aren't compatible with the rest of your system.

Joey is also personable and completes the work faster than any other repair shops I have tried over the years. I am a happy customer and highly recommend this shop.

Highly recommend! these guys replied to someone else’s question so I asked them a question. They started communicating with me on messenger. They were actually able to help me no service call provide me with information said hey if you have a problem, let us know and if we need to do a service call. I was able to fix my machine, with the help of these guys he didn’t cost me a dime. now mind you, I am a Mac person not a PC person so the fact that they were even willing to help me was amazing and the fact that they were able to help me resolve my issue was fabulous!!

There are few things as frustrating as having your computer stop functioning as it should. That happened to me recently, and thank goodness that out of all the computer repair companies listed on Google, I chose PC Setup and Training. In today's world, most businesses treat customers as an inconvenience, not PC Setup and Training. Joey treated me as if I were his only customer and that my computer problem was the most important thing in the world. He is patient, knowledgeable, and pretty much amazing. What's more, he seems to enjoy his work and helping solve problems...large or small. I highly recommend his business to anyone needing help with PC issues.

My laptops keyboard has been broken for a while now where sometimes some keys don’t work and sometimes they do. The shift key completely stopped working. I should have come here sooner!! The price to get this fixed was amazing and it all was fixed in less than a week! I went in, left it to get diagnosed, picked it up a few hours later, we ordered the part needed, I brought it back after the weekend, and it was fixed that day. Amazing service

Joey has been my IT guy for a few years now. I have a local business and have 5 computers set up for PC Rescue. I am telling you that Joey has saved me so many times that I have lost count. Look no further! Joey is the bomb...completely honest, patient, great at trouble shooting, cost conscious, trustworthy, and just an all around great guy. I moved away from UT and now live in MD, yet I still have my computer maintenance contract with Joey and PC Setup & Training. I tried someone local here in MD and they messed up a simple fix -- Joey to the rescue -- he was able to problem solve and fix the many issues REMOTELY! I can't recommend him enough. Wow!
I've heard of the amazing "Joey" at PC Setup & Training for the past 5+ years from a friend. I finally contacted him after my husbands computer crashed which held customer vehicle tunes (obsolete) along with family photos that I couldn't recover. Long story short: He was unable to repair the OLD computer because the part needed was no longer available (go figure). We took him a new PC and not only did he restore all tunes, files, photo's, email's...the list goes on and on. He also looked at our home computer via remote assistant and took care of things there too!
He was very professional but most important to me was that he was informational, educational and extremely helpful! Best customer service ever!
