This company must be a scam. I purchased their shipping insurance. They were no help when my package came to me damaged and with lost products. Their customer service is worthless. When a item is ordered the customer wants it. Their policy is just do nothing abd the customer will just get tired of trying to get the company to solve the problem.
NEVER USE THIS COMPANY IT'S A SCAM!
I WOULD GIVE A -5* IF IT WAS AVAILABLE.

I ordered a $300 Yellow Tang saltwater fish with overnight shipping. Unfortunately, it arrived dead, but after I uploaded a photo, the company promptly replaced it with a new order. Excellent service!

I am extremely disgusted with the customer service that I received. My package was delivered to the wrong address and they are telling me that I have to wait 5 days because sometimes UPD marks a package as delivered even though it it not. However UPS has a photo for Proof of Delivery that is not my address. You can not talk to a human being and the telephone numbers that they have listed are not in service. When you email them they give an automated response that they claim is for a human but when i replied to the email I received the same automated response 5 different times.

Yikes. It seemed like a good idea at the time, but if you contact ROUTE and hear back in a timely fashion, you might get a run around like I did. If a product is even weeks late, they'll tell you about their "wait and see," approach to delivery and shipping. (My item had never even been delivered to USPS, and then when it was, there was no tracking information for weeks). ROUTE offered a refund or replacement, and when I happily said "a refund will be great," after multiple emails and weeks of back and forth... they linked me back to their policies about a seven day waiting period, that had to be restarted again any time any update occurred at all anywhere in the shipping process. So, they reasoned, I actually didn't qualify for the refund or replacement they had offered. Ultimately, the product arrived, more than a month late, damaged. They asked for pictures, and then they told me it was *not damaged enough* for them to provide a refund or replacement. After so may messages, I literally don't know what service anyone is paying for here (is the company I ordered from just paying to not be bothered about questions about late/damaged products?), but the fact that there are so many 1 star reviews suggests my experience is definitely not alone. Save your money. You can wait for packages by yourself with no interventions for free.

The route app is kind of pointless. There is nothing exciting or different about it vs other tracking apps out there. It’s just a lame app, didn’t help me out at all, no notifications, nothing. Unfortunately I HAD to pay for the “route protection” or whatever it’s called. I usually decline if I have the option. Tracking via USPS app is way better. So many things to do in one app & I get real time updates. Wish I could have loved Route, especially when they are a local company! :-/

Thanks to Travis Robinson and Luke Smith for being so awesome to work with. They have helped Pro Image Sports add shipping protection for our customers that order on our ecommerce marketplace. They have been very responsive, helpful, and patient throughout the entire onboarding process. If you have an ecommerce site, I highly recommend you reach out to them to see how Route can help you and your online customers.

I have never dealt with a more fear mongering based company ever. When you go to cancel, they threat legal action and will notify their legal team. So unprofessional and so disappointing.
