I have never had a RN position in my entire nursing tenure (11 years) where I have felt more supported by management and the company as a whole. Care-XM is truly a diamond in the rough landscape of health care. I am so thankful for the autonomy and freedom I have to work 100% remote while still maintaining my skills as a nurse. It's truly amazing I can continue to travel with my husband's company and work my nursing job regardless of time zone. My Care XM colleagues have also renewed my faith in the culture of nursing. I have closer relationships with some of these team members that I have never met IRL over relationships I had when I was bedside nursing for years in the same hospital. Care-XM also have a 4 year 100% vested 401k and Roth401k option with company matching for even part time employees like me. I plan to be here much longer than 4 years and would recommend anyone that has an interest in remote capabilities to look at the job opportunities available here. Over the last year, our company has grown exponentially. We have done everything to make this easier on employees including pay increases, incentives, PTO for full time and PART TIME employees. The owner and managers genuinely care about you and the patients.
