Flat out terrible! I subscribed to the premier plan at over $1500 a month and for almost 2 months I have not had 1 completed video. The very first project I submitted, I was clear in what I wanted. The version they sent back was terrible as if they did not listen to the instructions. Each time your request a revision on long form, they state is 4 days but it's always been much longer! Each time the video came back it had errors. I've asked to cancel and they want to hold be to the "3 month" contract. I have no problems sticking to that if we got the service that was delivered. So I'll be out over $4500 with no video. I'm really upset at this!
