I always have a positive experience when coming to pick up a load, Brandon is a king, kind and helpful, no bs, he worked with me, and I got loaded before my actual appointment. This crew is awesome.

5 stars for the guys in shipping, checked in and got a door immediately, loaded in an hour and a half. Floor loaded lids, so I’m assuming they use a squeeze truck. Operator either had zero care or zero skill, as he was dragging the truck down the length of my trailer on my walls. When I went to receiving and said something they got on the radio and the operators response was to roughly put the last few in and stand on the dock talking s@$t. Naturally, he wasn’t standing there when I pulled off the dock. At least I wasn’t here for 4 hours I guess smh.

Don't pick up a load here unless you need a place to take a 10 hour break. Customer has no interest in loading you in 2 hours or less. Really the only nice thing I have to say about this customer is that they have plenty of room on their docks to maneuver your truck and trailer. Otherwise I would suggest staying away from this place because they're a 14 hour clock killer. Showed up 30 minutes early and now almost 5 hours later and I'm still sitting here in the dock with the red light.

Easy in and out of the docks. They state a minimum 4 hour load time. Plus side is, they will allow you to disconnect from your trailer to go eat or shower. If you come back and red light is showing, DO NOT reconnect! Just park in front of your trailer and they will let you know when you are done. If you come back and your trailer isn't in the door, they have parked it in the lot and you just need to go get your paperwork.

Ok drivers try to pay attention! This is a good place to load. If you are an O/O like me you would know there is a 4 hour load time. BUT they can load up to 24 hours before and they load all night. My appt. was at 1:00 pm I arrived at 1:00 am loaded by 3:15 am was going to Phoenix and made it to Phoenix 1 1/2 hrs. before my actual load time. If you go in at night ask for Jennifer to load you she is fast!

They say that you should expect to wait 4 hours to be loaded. I’ve been put on a door immediately and they finished loading in 2 hours. If you ask me that’s good.

Its 11/13/18 @0735 my load was to be ready at 0700 yesterday morning, and I'm still waiting. Dont take these loads. Get something better and more reliable. I've never had an on time pickup here and will not be returning.
