Justin was great!!! My laptop had gotten hacked and I was in a panic...Justin was recommended by another phone/ computer specialist ive used in the past...i called Justin and he came right over and picked up my laptop to take back with him to work on..he assured me he could fix it and not to worry...before Justin had gotten to my house he had also laid out the pricing which I thought was VERY REASONABLE...Justin brought back the laptop to my house the next day all fixed and running smooth, faster and all cleaned up...he also found other problems like a hidden app that could have remote access to my laptop!! He explains everything so you can understand what's going on and he's so patient and answers all your questions and puts your mind at ease...Justin is now my computer expert!!! l will definitely use Justin again and would definitely recommend him for all your computer or phone needs!!!
