The Holy Grail for tire shops/wholesale tire companies...Talk about a robust accounting software loaded with all the bells & whistles to actively manage all of your tire inventory, vehicles, individual shops, and bays.
We operate a wholesale tire company and was in need of an inventory management software that takes into account various tire sizes, brands, manufacturers, tire accessories, misc shop supplies items, and labor. Tire Guru has saved us so much time and energy by providing a software that is able to stream-line our inventory processes.
We've been using Tire Guru for over a year now and they have not disappointed. The customer support team is always ready & willing to help in any way possible. It's like they understand the pain-points business owners deal with daily; which is a plus!
Tire Guru's system is so robust that we're still learning so much more about the inner-workings. Thank you Tire Guru team!

I will update the review if my items get worked out.
The onboarding process was great, but once you are onboarded you just get dropped into the support team for all your issues.
We have been online for about 2 months and everyday I find more and more features of the software that simply don't work right.
I spent at least 2 days last week finding issues and notifying tech support and then I'm still waiting for the items to be fixed. Like the inspection report - all the photos on part 3 are rotated 90 degrees to the left? Why?
The online portal for customers doesn't work.
Just emailed about the website not working with mobile devices. I can't run reports or use it from anything but a desktop. Weird.
Response from support is use the mobile version - but you can't run reports from that. Then they close the ticket. When I asked further questions they said. "Unfortunately not at this time! " Then reclosed the ticket. Nothing about asking for a feature request or that's on our roadmap to address - or you could help make our product better by helping us figure this out.

I'm not upset, I'm not mad, but my time is valuable and I am paying for a product that is supposed to be fully functional. Right now there are several features that just don't work right. Including features that are supposed to my my shop more customer friendly.

Working with the web design company that they use was difficult. They care more about SEO than Clear Call To Actions and selling your product. I need a website that converts leads into sales. Like I said - we are still very early in our process and I will be pleasantly surprised when their marketing and SEO work like they say, but if it does not it will have a significant impact on my bottom line.

I went with Tire Guru because they only work with Tire Companies. I was a bit surprised that some of the features I tried to use last week didn't work. I also expected more direction from them concerning industry best practices and recommendations.

Our relationship is a work in progress, but you should go into this knowing that you will have to spend significant amounts of time making sure all the features and functions of the software work that you intend to use. I did not do that during the onboarding time and wish I would have had everything fully implemented prior to signing off that we were ready to go.

I very seldom leave negative reviews as I know they go both ways. Dealing with customers on a daily basis, I know you have some that just aren't good. I try to keep an open mind and give companies the benefit of the doubt. Will update post in a month or so when I have more data, but this is how I feel right now.

Who do I get in touch with to feel like someone is listening? I had someone during the onboarding time, but now I just have support and when they say things like "Unfortunately not at this time! " without any further details like we care about your business and want to see you be successful because you are our customer. How do I see a list of all the open tickets that I have with the company so I can keep track and how do I get a timeline for when those tickets are expected to be resolved and closed would be great to know. My business is waiting on fixes so I can use and implement the software with my customers.

After a slow start we got up and running. This is a very good system. The training aspect has improved since we first started. If your open to learning new ways even an old dog can learn new tricks. Tire Guru has a great core base of trainers and techs. They are just a chat or phone call away. We are looking forward to a long term relationship.

Tire Guru has been patient with us as we've tried to transition our point of sale software a few different times, then finally got it started. Our business is in a special niche of government contracts and national accounts, with multiple locations, and Tire Guru can handle all of that. Tire Guru understands that transitions are always a process, and they don't always happen overnight. Their customer support is helpful and responsive. If you're new to the automotive industry, begin your business in Tire Guru from the start. If you're in QuickBooks or something similar, you won't regret making a move, as the software is super beefy and can do so much for your business!

I have to scroll past "leave a review" every time I log in. It irritates me to no end. so I'm leaving a review. Another issue is when you log in and an ad pops up for their other services, when you click never show this message again, it still does the next time I log in....
