We had used Executech for years and we were happy. However, after the last few techs changes the service has gone downhill fast. We have gone SEVERAL days between requests for services to be completed. They installed a BRAND NEW system in our new building with NO powerstrip protection- you can imagine what happened with a "power surge". As a result our firewall fried... they then installed a low quality firewall while ours was being "repaired and sent for warranty" after almost 2 months we heard nothing. They didn't send the firewall in for warranty until I inquired- I guess it just sat there? LOL To add insult - They charged us for ALL of this time, when it was their fault. I got the bill reduced after several calls. They now won't answer emails to change us to our new IT provider - if you can do one thing for your company DO NOT use Executech.

I was referred to Executech by one of their customers, but after calling them 3 times and answering all of their questions 3 times. I asked for an on site consultation and each time they promised to get back with me. I have still yet to have anyone stop by for a consultation as promised. It has now been about 2 months and still waiting. I assume this is the kind of poor service I will get in the future so I am going somewhere else. Thank goodness my IT issues were not an emergency.
