We signed with this company to host our dispatch/maintenance software. Once we got into training, we realized it was not the best fit for our trucking business. We only asked for 1/2 of our money back due to the fact that it couldn't meet our standards in the timeframe promised. They first said "yes" and agreed it was not the right fit for us, then changed their mind. We are out the $20,000 with no program now. Don't sign or pay them until you do several training programs! They set it all up with implementation and then start training so you can't get out of it. Terrible process, and unfair resolution.

I use the RedList app to maintain the Peachy Kleen carwash. It's great app to keep our equipment maintained. We hope to get 8 to 9 years out of our equipment with RedList keeping us disciplined on maintenance instead of the industry standard of 5 to 6. Their team is always quick to help when I need help. Dropping one star because the monthly autopay via CC is better option for me than annual payment.

Redlist is an amazing product. Really good tool for digitizing paper work flows and very easy to use. This tool is also great for consolidating many maintenance management platforms into one place where everything is tracked digitally and summaries are all charged up automatically. Huge time saver!
