I sold a small piece of land in UT from out of state. Steve answered all my questions and took good care of us. He emailed me the paper work, which I printed. We went to the bank to sign in front of the notary, then sent it back with the included shipping label. The next day Steve wired the money into our account. He made it very easy. No complaints.
