I called about getting started. Both the website and the gal on the phone verified I could get their Internet at my house they'd just run a line to my house. She told me call back or place an order online so I did. I got an email saying they don't service my area. I tried to get a hold of someone about this and no responses

The fastest fiber internet and absolute best installation experience I've ever had! My installer was on time and worked quickly. He connected 1 Gig fiber internet in my short term rental home in Hideout and set up my mesh network. He showed me how everything worked and made sure I was pleased with the internet speed and service. My renters have always appreciated the fast, reliable internet and have never had outages or any issues streaming on multiple devices. I highly recommend All West fiber internet!

Horrible customer service. They destroyed a flower bed during installation, killing plants. The service is overall laggy with horrible setup. Email customer service and you get zero response.

While they were a cheaper option, I guess I have learned that you get what you pay for. Definitely not a company I will recommend to my neighbors and I will be dropping their service soon.

Install was quick and easy. Have have zero problems with the service. It's a very fair price. I would work for these guys in a heart beat to run xfinity out of my city. Just a heads up guys love your service that much. Best option in tooele. Sick of xfinity switch today.

I have owned a cabin near KAMAS for 25 years. I have had a landline for all of those years recently. In the last six months I keep getting late bills I have called almost monthly to give them my credit card for an automatic payment… for some unknown reason they have never used it after many calls to the office. It’s very annoying to me after so many years to keep getting late bills would somebody please call me in regards to this problem? My account number is 265000.

Tooele residents have been searching for a better internet option for years and I have finally found it! All West was amazing from start to finish. My installer, Travis, was amazing! He explained everything in detail for me as I had so many questions and was nervous as my previous experience with internet in this area was not good. I have had this service now for over one month with no service interruption....not one at all!! I am not used to that so I'm pretty excited. The price is also fantastic as I now have fiber with faster speeds and am paying almost $30 less a month!

I switched from xfinity in April. I was paying $150 a month, with allwest I'm paying $70 a month. The outages have been very minimal, maybe 3 times for a very short time, less than an hour. Someone called me the next day after I reported the outages, To make sure everything was OK. The speed is 3 X faster than xfinity.
