Good software as long as it works and u don't need any help post-purchase. I paid this company $25 two weeks ago for Service Support. I have left multiple emails and voicemails since they charged my credit card...radio silence.

I don't know if this is a one-person tech.
shop or a legitimate company with a full support team. Seems like the former.

Update: I FINALLY received an email reply, and got instructions on how to fix issue. So, I upgraded my review accordingly.

Terrible company to deal with, they act so helpful and promise a lot. Then when it is time for promises to come true, they ghost you. I offered to pay for training and support, but still nothing. Then after almost a year they explain that some of the features they said would be possible are not even possible. So much time and money wasted. All I can do now is try to warn everyone to not use this company in any way, they will take your money and never help you in the long run!

so i bought the program sept of 2021 dealt with a chris odell. i have had issue with version 11 working so i tried to buy the updated 12 version. started calling and e mail dec 12th 2023 not getting a call back. i did e mail asking are you still in business ? 2 days later said yes we are i was out of town. asked i contact through e mail cause so busy with demo's. here we are its now jan 24 2024. still nothing so i am giving up on this company who has no service what so ever. i am going back to a legit company paperport which worked great when i had. so thought i should change to this boy was i so wrong. save your money here and try paper port they have awesome service and product.

BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THIS COMPANY. I first bought the product (specifically Version 7). Years later I bought the version 11 and wanted to download the old version 7 in my laptop. When I call them for the link to download the old version, the answer was why I wanted an old version when I already had a new one, and they refuse to send the link even when the product was already paid!!!! Now they release the version 12, which I downloaded the free trial for compare before to spend $300.00. When i downloaded this free trial I loose the access to my Version 11. When I tried to downloaded again I needed to have the maintenance active and it was expired. I called them because I need my old version!!! They said they will send me an email with the link, but the email was never received!!!!. I called them several times and nobody answered the phone. It is a good product but you have to pay every year a maintenance (for support and updates) if not be very careful to try new versions because you will lose everything and they don't support you.

I was proposed a monthly fee for paid product after paid it was paid:- that was false - shortly after here that management the team wanted to converr to a higher price and a monthly fee!

Their strategy to tire me down until I gave in- that was not going to happen!

After that these UTAH IDIOTS kept trying to bill my card, I fixed that so they could not!
STAY AWAY - PERIOD!

UPDATE: Still getting harassed by calls and messages. I have tried reaching out to this company via email and Facebook Messenger. Facebook shows that they have read my messages, but no reply was their decision. It has become very clear to me that they only care about sales, and once they have your contact information they will pester the daylights out of you to try to get you to purchase more licenses from them. As for customer service....well they don't seem to care about that. They want you to talk to their sales people, but if you ask to speak with someone about getting the calls to stop, they cannot be bothered with responding to you. Only buy the FileCenter application if you want to have their sales people call, email, and possibly even follow you home from the office to try and get you to spend more money with them. I seriously regret ever purchasing the license that I did.

Seems like a pretty good product (I purchased for someone else within our company), but the never-ending plague of phone calls and email messages since I downloaded this product is both unprofessional and unwanted. I cannot believe anyone would feel that harassing new customers is a good, productive business practice. Now I just want a refund and to be removed from their sales contact list forever! 😒
