We spent thousands of dollars with this company with little to no ROI. They were supposed to help us onboard a new software, but led us in the wrong direction at nearly every turn. Terrible thought leaders. Terrible implementation experience. DO NOT RECOMMEND! Save yourself time and money and go elsewhere.

I’ve requested my license count to change several times from 11 licenses down to 3 licenses. Each time I’ve requested it in the self service portal it ignores my request and I haven’t had the need for 11 licenses for business central since the end of June ever since my lease ended and I had to lay off 22 employees. I’m being forced to pay for 11 licenses when I only need 3 for the past 2 months. I process hundreds of e-commerce orders per month and now I’m being locked out of business central. There self service portal isn’t so self service. I’m not paying for licenses I’m not using. I’ve requested the change in quantity with licenses since the beginning of august.

Recommend to stay away from this company. Spent thousands of dollars with this company, only to later find out much of the work that was done does not function as it should. They left us with many unresolved issues and now we are having to hire a different company to get the work done that was paid to Journey Team to complete.
