We joined to help my son thats 12yrs. Get faster, stronger, and learn more footwork for Football. I highly recommend Only The Elite. Since he started he's gained more confidence and fit for fall football. He's much faster as well. So everything we wanted he's accomplished and more!

My 15 year old son attends weekly group sessions and is seeing results in a big way! What I appreciate most is Chris and his team pushing my son and others to push through each work out. They will also take the time to correct his form when lifting and have taught him how to stretch correctly to prevent injury. I highly recommend this place!

I attend physical therapy at this location and the staff is the best. Out of all the places I have gone to for PT, this is by far my favorite. The staff is super personable and respectful, they make each session enjoyable for sure.

My son has been attending OTE since December! He loves it. Trainers are awesome my son has really improved in his speed and strength. We continue to come three times a week because that's how much improvement he has shown. Thank you OTE for doing an amazing job with my boy. We can't wait what this baseball season will look like..

Absolutely amazing! I first came to the gym seeking help on strength and endurance training to prepare my for basic training. I am a mother of two in my late thirties, so had pretty specific goals to get me where I needed. Chris took the time to discuss my needs and paired me with JB, who was an amazing personal trainer. Both were always aware of where I was and how to push me further. I am heading to basic training confident that I will do well. I highly recommend this gym, not only for the great location and atmosphere,, but Chris, JB and team are incredibly passionate about what they do and always find ways to push and motivate you. JB constantly pushed me past what I thought I could achieve and helped me gain the strength and confidence needed for success! THANK YOU!!

My son has been training with Chris for a week and there's already a huge improvement in his flexibility, endurance, and strength. My son was very tight in his flexibility and complained of lower back pain daily. His lower back pain is gone and quality of life is better. Chris has educated my son as well. Chris is also working with my daughter who just came off an injury to strengthen her knee and the she will work out with him. I like the way Chris educates my wife and I on the program our kids will be doing answering all concerns. He puts the athlete first.
