I am a disabled Veteran and have legal DP placards. I was towed by them regardless that i was in a handicap spot with my placard visible. Their excuse was cuse i took their best handicap spot ,wich i had no idea was their best spot for some reason, and that i wasnt a visitor regardless that i purchase my lunch at their location every day. When i was questioning their actions they threatened to contact my jobsite and say that my company was causing problems to them when all i wanted was answers. Very disappointing the attitude of the security manager once i arrived to look for my vehicle she immediately was very defensive and with an attitude. Now i have to pay 550$ in towing fee when im already disabled and working my ass off to not live of our tax payers money.
