Typical Valdez incompetence. They charged my auto pay as usual then turned my internet off for two days. One the first day I wasn’t aware as to why my internet wasn’t working so I called and made an appointment to come out and check it. I called them 3 times to ask where the repair man was on the deadline day. No one even picked up the phone. The third day of it being out came with still no one showing up and no call. I called them back on the third day and was finally informed I had not made my payment. Which was not true as I use auto pay. Upon reaching customer service I was informed that payment had in fact gone through. Yet they shut my internet off anyway. This month has been terrible service wise. I’ve had a total combined week of no internet so far this month. Absolute nonsense. All I know is I better be seeing a deduction on my next bill.
