We have been so pleased by the service provided by this company. Our printer was having issues and they sent a tech out the very next day (we are in Garden City, so this rarely happens with other companies).

Our technician Spencer was fantastic. He was very friendly and professional. He fixed our printer in a timely manner and even cleaned the whole machine and checked all the settings on the machine while it was rebooting. He even taught us a few things to look out for in the future to avoid any issues in the future.

Overall, we have had a great experience with this company and will continue utilizing their services in the future.

I had trouble finding the wifi network for my work with my laptop. Turns out I just needed to get an adapter so my computer could see the 5G network! I wouldn’t have known without the help of Kelsey and her crew!!! They didn’t even charge me! She came down first to see if it was something simple, when it wasn’t she took it back to their office.
