UPDATE 21-6-2023: They reached out and are trying to fix all the issues. 3 stars for now.

The platform is crazy slow (tried incognito, multiple devices, multiple countries). They don't send notifications. They charge you for "disputes" that don't turn into disputes. They charge you for "disputes" that are already disputed. And the customer support replies after 7+ days and ignores comments about refunds. Long story short: Waste of time. Stay away!

This software is not user friendly!
I have to schedule an apt in advance to get any questions answered. I was willing to pay a company to take the frustration out of dealing with my chargebacks in house. Now I’m paying midigator, and I still get the frustration of handling chargebacks on my own. Would NOT recommend this software.

Terrible company. They mishandle their customers, and their practices are questionable at best... I would not recommend this company to anyone EVER. There are much safer options out there. I wouldn't even partner with them if my company was going out of business.
