Fantastic service, easy to use. The observation test was simple and quick and the people online provided all of the instructions. They even double checked the requirements for our destination to make sure we were taking the test on the right day, etc. What service!! The covid certificate came within 10 minutes of test completion and includes all the information needed. One of our certificates had a small incorrect item on it and when I asked them to please re-issue a certificate with the correction, they did it quickly and efficiently! Absolutely no problems. Definitely recommend this service.

We had have a negative test to re-enter the US after a 2 week trip to Italy. We purchased our tests beforehand and brought them with us. About a week prior we scheduled the testing appointment and everything went smoothly and were done with both of us in about 25 minutes.

Will use this as long as there is a requirement for testing back into the US after international flights.

This was so easy and convenient. I even set up appt for 12 midnight by accident. When I woke up the next
Morning and realized I had missed it they were so nice and accommodating. I was a little crazed when I realized my mistake.
It was just a smooth for our return test while on vacation. We took the test in our hotel room with almost immediate results. Uploaded to airline and cleared for travel. It barely was a blip in our last day of vacation. So easy. Will definitely use their service for future travel!

The entire experience took about 20 min—so much better than driving to a location that still even offers authorized Covid testing! Easy, as the app prompts you with updates. Maria, the person who was authorizing my test, communicated clearly and explained things clearly.

If negative stars were an option, I would give negative stars. (Note: see 12/10 edit at end).

Quick timeline of events:
I ordered a test kit on 11/30. Should have arrived by 12/2. I patiently waited until 12/6 (Monday) to contact your customer service. I used the chat at first but no-one responded. So I called your customer service line. I was told there was an error, it would be shipped Tuesday & arrive Wednesday. It didn't show up yesterday (Wednesday), so I contacted your customer service again yesterday in the evening. I was told it would be shipped today (Thursday) & arrive tomorrow (Friday). I made it very clear it needs to be here tomorrow as we are leaving Saturday morning.

I contacted your customer service this morning to get a tracking number. No tracking number and was told it won't arrive until Saturday which is unacceptable. I wanted it canceled and refunded, and you can't even do that because it was already processed. So your customer service is telling me that I have to pay for a test kit needed to be able to fly back into the US which won't be delivered before we leave. Like I originally said, that's non-existent customer service.

While waiting on a response from my last message back to you, your customer service rep closed out the ticket without even reading my last message. You all basically hung up on me.

Sorry if the screenshots are out of chronological order. I have captioned them with numbers in order.

Next day (12/10) update/edit - apparently putting them on blast on social media works as the test kit just showed up via UPS Express/Next Day Air Early shipping. Thank you for making this right but you still have customer service issues. It should not have taken these measures to get this resolved.

This testing provider provided a efficient, cost-effective service for my purposes of travel to the US. At the time that I used it, the service cost $20 US, had excellent appointment availability and was compatible with the testing kits provided by the Canadian government free of charge. The testing process was extremely easy to follow with the instructions from the provider. The app can be slightly confusing at times, but the service itself works well and I would definitely use it again. It is a breath of fresh air after seeing the 80$ or more services offered at the airport or elsewhere.

Not one to do reviews much but this was absolutely worth it. Appointment was easy to book, creating the account was simple, testing proctor was quick to join call and the results were back in an email PDF very fast. We had no choice but to do it on our phone but because you have to take a picture of the test and send it in the chat session, using a laptop would be difficult. We had a question prior to the appointment and the CSR chat was quick and helpful as well. I can't say enough nice things! Thank you!
