I have reached out to Tyson on several occasions by phone, both leaving a voicemail and through text messaging. I have been having issues with my TV box and mearly need some help finding answers to problems I'm having, can't even get a response. I'm going on four to five days now. Would be nice to have some transparency, point of contact, new sales rep, anything. Just an answer sometimes makes all the difference.
