One of the worst pharmacy softwares I have ever used in my 12+ years of working pharmacy. Can't handle basic tasks like partial fills, cycle fills, without something breaking. Like others have said has trouble with inventory management, always messing with my control counts which creates a ton of extra work. Support staff, while mostly nice, generally have the attitude that any issues are user error unless proven otherwise. They don't investigate any issues unless you dig into the data logs and provide screenshots. And then it can take months to get a reply or something fixed. We've been having problems with our signature pad and when I called to try to find a solution they just said "No, it's a good one". I guess they are cheaper than some of their competitors but you get what you pay for.

Firstly, I don't say this without much thought and intention. Liberty Pharmacy Software is hands down the best Pharmacy Management System for ALL users (not just owners or Rx veterans). You can literally take a new employee and have them 75% proficient within 2 hours of working on the system. For veteran staff.... you can assign them more complex task and topics. There is a lot of thought that goes into ALL parts of this PMS. If looking to change PMS's, I suggest traveling with a few of your staff members to a nearby "power user" store (one that knows Liberty in and out) and spend just 4-6 hours with them. Once you get the knack I would even feel free to say you could launch the system without a trainer. How can I say that?..... we have helped stores to do just that!!! A few of my favorite things? Very user friendly (I've had emergencies and trained pharmacist over the phone), constant system improvements (gets better with time), custom uses (nursing home, retail, compounding, long term care, immunization templates (8 second vaccine processing!!!), inventory management, biometrics, IVR capacity, Smart phone user app (Rx365), Your website/Facebook plugins, POS linked to PMS, amazing report customization capacity, fast processes, small footprint (most times what clients see is a monitor and a keyboard only), YOUR OWN LOCATIONS ACCOUNT MANAGER, "help me with this rejection" insurance help button, online chat funtionality, client interactive text messaging built into system, most all enhancements built into PMS for one fee (not nickeled and dimed to death). Lastly, I know I am missing some things that I truly love but am shooting from the head and the heart. Of all the things in my professional life that I love, my Liberty PMS is my absolute favorite! 35 years of doing this. Our store has had Liberty for over 25 years. We keep them honest. We check other systems yearly. We have never switched, have NO plans to do so! They are responsive and listen. I've seen changes/fixes added while on the phone!!! My sales account manager Sherri P. is amazing! Whenever I've got an issue she always is the person I reach out to and is always helpful.. She looks at it from a pharmacy perspective and find a solution to whatever the problem. She even gets on to the support team if something is not getting done from their end.

10 months later...had a problem again...this time with my zebra printer. I would not been able to assist my customers if I cant put a darn label on my prescription bottle. I called Sherri Pickens and the problem was resolved in 20 seconds. I still appreciate the support team doing their best.

-Staff is friendly.
-You have to make this system work for you, not very plug and play.
-Account Managers have been hit and miss, we've had several. The first one. Jessica, was my favorite and most helpful.
-Many glitches, some reproducible, some intermittent.
-Issues with inventory management, numbers are frequently off, including controlled substances.
