The food in atmosphere is nice. It's nice that Santa fe has more variety. The service I would say is really good I ordered some whata strips But somewhere along the way, I forgot my water straps. The manager and staff were friendly and accommodating.

This is my third visit to this restaurant. My first two were the worst!! Service was just short of atrocious. Food was not hot and it took 30 minutes to be brought out. There were approximately 6 customers inside the store. I was hoping this was the new business blues. Today, end of lunch hour, looked like 6-7 cars in drive thru, three open tables and front counter was about 4-5 deep. I ordered with app. From the time ordered to food on my table exactly 7:45 minutes! The food was hot, fresh and just as I ordered. The counter service was attentive and smiling! I didn’t give a negative review the first two visits (should have) but this deserved a positive review today. I hope this quality continues because Whataburger is my favorite for fast food.

It's a bad sign. Just got through commuting from downtown Houston and did not have lunch today. Thought I would treat myself to our brand new location. I placed my order with the cashier standing in drive-thru line. I said mustard pickles and cheese on my burger, 3 times. Waited in drive-thru line for 20 minutes. Got my food, french fries were cold and the burger had no mustard. Paid $17 for 1 burger meal that was wrong and cold. I'm a local and unfortunately this is probably my first and last time here.

Went to Whataburger during the snow storm of the Decade, and it was well worth the snowy road drive, food was hot and fresh, and service was wonderful. Thanks to the Whataburger crew for braving the weather to serve the Sante Fe community

Absolutely the worst whataburger i’ve ever been too. They are extremely slow and there can be no line and you’ll still wait 45 minutes to get one thing. All i did was get a burger and fries and it took 30+ minutes and when i asked where it was they “forgot”. Just go to the La marque one. Don’t waste your time here.

This was our 1st visit. We dined in at 10 am, wanting breakfast. Wonderful except for 3 easy fix improvements that I strongly suggest. We're in our 70's. 1.) The breakfast menu is on a rotating menu with salads, etc. We had to stand and wait for the breakfast menu to roll around. There was no time to read it before it flipped to salads again. Our cashier says, "Everybody hates that". #2. I swear our cashier asked, "Do you want juice in your coffee?" What?!?! Turns out she was asking, "Do you want 2 senior coffees?" Seems she missed her calling as an auctioneer. 3.) Retractable blinds in the dining room would help sun control. Nonetheless, we welcome your Taquitos to Santa Fe!

My $.02 is they are still trying to get their "stuff" together. Our food has been less than Hot and more towards lukewarm for a couple of times. Will definitely update if my third visit is any better than my first two.

Placed a large order from this location for $75. This was our family’s first time trying our new hometown Whataburger. Unfortunately, it was not worth the money spent. After arriving home to feed our kids, both kids meals were not in the bag, 8 orders of fries and all were cold and soggy. Onion rings were cold and seemed to be double fried to reheat. 2 of the 6 burgers were made wrong. The bread on the burgers was soggy from the over use of mustard. This was our first and last time we spend money at this location. We will not be back. If we spend this kind of money, we will definitely spend it at HubCap down the road where the burgers and fries are made to order, the food is of good quality, and the order is correct without missing items.
