My wife has been wanting to get electrician(s) to install HMDI Cable and Electrical outlet behind our TV above the fireplace. Have been hearing a lot of good comments about On The Way. I called On The Way to get a quote, Michael came out, looked over what was needed, sent me a quote later the same day. After talking around, found I have received a good quote. I called Lisa, accepted the quote with material needed. Today, Tuesday, February 18th, Michael and Dustin were thirty minutes early, started on installation immediately, already had a game plan, installed boxes behind the TV, no wires showing, they did a great job, cleaning up afterwards, waited to make TV came on, had a good picture, I happily paid the bill, my wife is very happy, she has been waiting Thirteen years to get this accomplished. Michael and Dustin were very easy to talk to, enjoyed conversation with both answering questions in user friendly vocabulary. Both worked very good together, constant communication, did the job safely. Once again, thank you Michael, Dustin, Lisa for helping me complete one of my wife's biggest to do list items in a very Five Star Quality and Long Term Success !!!! I will from this day on, will be a fan and happy customer of On The Way (Ronnie Bedard Team)

Professional-Respectful-Knowledgeable-Courteous! Jacob arrived quickly after contacting the company for the first time. A thorough view of my situation; I was given all my options. Agreed to options and Craftsmen Lee and Omar arrived soon to move forward with repairs; the dig crew were complete. They took time to explain to method of repair which was new to me and did not leave until they were satisfied 100%. Minimal down time and upon completion work area looks great! Thanx! Amazing service. Got home from work and my a/c wasn’t working. Dominic came out after hours on a Friday night and fixed it right away! Love this company! They also text you a picture of your service person when they are indeed on the way.

Very quick fix on adding a breaker and running a separate circuit for our microwave. All of the dispatch and technicians make it a smooth process.

Very good experience on the first day of repiping my house! Very professional!

Second day, they found worn down electrical wires, and who did they have on their team at the time? An electrician right there to repair it! Incredibly convenient and wonderful. I really appreciate their hard work!

There was a spill that happened on the second day that leaked from the second story down to the first, and when I called them, they came back quickly to resolve the issue quickly. The following day they had the remediation crew out bright and early. I couldn’t be happier with their quick response!

Third day, they cleaned everything up, flushed the water heater, and now my hot water comes in super fast! I’m so thankful!
