Customer Service is of ZERO help. We have been using Jobdiva as ATS for a while now. After two months, all I’ve received is a rephrased version of the root cause I initially provided and an enhancement request for the solution I already suggested. Of course this enhancement request have no SLA.

Full transparency, I have not used JobDiva. However our company is in the demo phase trying to make a decision on an ATS, and I still felt the need to write a review for the amazing job Sydney Smith has done so far as well as the rest of her team. She knows her stuff on the system, really showed us some awesome features JobDiva has, and she does it all with a great attitude. Her customer service alone has made me want to go the JobDiva route. The ATS looks sleek and very intuitive. Whatever route we go, I know JobDiva is an excellent ATS that has a bright continued future.

JobDiva is an excellent resource to keep organized as a recruiter. It houses any information you could possibly need in a user-friendly way. I do have minor issues with the system freezing when I enter new candidates, but it's nothing unbearable. My additional recommendations would be to allow for the use of apostrophes in a candidate's name, as well as a better way to merge multiple profiles for candidates. All in all, however, JobDiva is a blessing.

Top 5 thing which i liked most.

Strong database and beautiful UI.
Extremely easy to use for a Application Tracking System.
Easy to search for a recruiters metrics or find a candidate in the database.
I Loved all feature’s Email and calendar features, including accessing Outlook email/calendar via JobDiva and receiving alerts and reminders, uploading resumes and managing interview schedules.
Strong security, including secure data storage and controlled user access.

I have few suggestion.

I would like to request Job diva team if they could add some color category (for an available/active candidate by green and passive candidate by yellow and so on..) so it would be good for us.

Our company converted to Job Diva early 2017 and so far it has been a blessing. It is very user friendly, you can enter every piece of information you need for candidates and clients. I love that you can use it as a tool to communicate with other users.

I have worked in the staffing industry since 2011 and have used four different applicant tracking systems. JobDiva is by far the best tool I have used. It makes a Recruiter's life a lot easier and has features I have never seen before

I utilize JobDiva in my office on a daily basis to keep track of all of our applicants. I work for a staffing firm and organization is key to my role. JobDiva is very easy to navigate, provides great options to record notes and keeps all emails to clients/candidates organized.

My company converted to Job Diva at the beginning of 2017. At first, I was very intimidated by the thought of having to learn a new system completely, however Job Diva has proven to be very user-friendly. There are only two minor issues I have with the system: 1. if a candidate has an apostrophe in his/her name, the search section will not allow us to enter it, which can be very frustrating, and 2. if a candidate has more than one profile, we are not able to combine them into one. Overall, however, my experience with Job Diva has been positive.
