As a first time homebuyer and a single woman, navigating the world of construction was not something I was prepared for. Luckily I found Issac and he began the process for me.

I received a few architect referrals from the Great Neck buildings department. Isaac responded promptly and even agreed to meet at my apartment that same day.

I needed a professional to sign off on knocking down a wall before the permits could even be issued, so we needed to know if it was indeed a load bearing wall.

Isaac gave me a reasonable estimate , was communicative, designed the layout for me and had some great suggestions. He even put in some extra time when weeks in I changed my mind from the agreed upon bathtub to a stand up shower.

Working with Issac was by far the easiest part of the process. I’m very happy with how it turned out and finally settled into my new home.

I feel it’s important to mention Issac’s professionalism and how appreciative I am of his demeanor and overall work. Although my home is just a 680 sq. ft. studio apartment, and no where near the financial scope of his usual projects, Issac truly made me feel like a priority.
