Good school but some of the professors were horrible. Couldn't get the education I wanted because the professors have tenure and they can't reprimand or fire these teachers which is insane. Had to change major due to this unbelievable rule.

I feel safer here than the Manhattan campus although the town is pretty boring. However the architecture program is amazing and my academics matter much more to me. Its true its hard to get people on the phone but if you are patient with them and you keep contact with your advisor you shouldn't have too many problems getting things resolved. Huge campus - you will definitely get some exercise.

This college is awful. Food is below par (sometimes undercooked or overcooked) and overpriced (they charge by the pound). There is Wendy's and Moe's 5 mins away which is way better. The only saving Grace was the halal cart that is no longer on campus. The parking during the day is absolutely dreadful with students literally making their own spots anywhere they can find. Campus life is non existent. When you pay your bill online now they charge you extra for the "convenience fee". Also I've been to schools where you can order transcripts free of charge but here you have to pay $10 per transcript. They nickel and dime you for everything here. The professors in my major don't care about the students, they only care about their research and can't teach. They claim they are preparing us for industry and life after college yet 90% of them have not worked a day in industry at all. There is a lack of course offerings per semester as only one section is open with one professor. If that one professor is known to be awful too bad you're stuck with them. Literally one professor reads the textbook to you for 3 hours. They cut a ton of sports teams and yet they created an ESports team. Only come here as a last resort. Go somewhere more reputable if you plan on spending this type of money. The running joke on campus is that the nickname for this school is "Next Year I Transfer".

Terrible school. Extremely overpriced,
Campus is very spread out and out of the one semester I took 2 out of 3 professors were the worst in my college experience. Transferred here with an associates and NCC professors were more competent and professional. It amazed me how a school which charges so much can have such a poor facility and staff. To add insult to injury after I had already withdrawn and been attending a much better school during the spring, NYIT was calling up for some more money saying I owed them a few more thousand for not going during the spring semester. The process to withdraw was also very difficult. DO NOT GO HERE

Absolutely beautiful sports complex featuring a baseball field, soccer field, softball field, tennis courts and basketball courts from what I saw i'm sure they have other sports also. The whole place is spotless. Plenty of seats for parents to watch the game. Parking is easy and the bathrooms are clean and near by. Definitely a great experience

The architecture program here is absolutely amazing..!!! BUT the school itself is about a 3 out of 5. The activities on campus are there but are not planned accordingly or thought out and end up only having student show up because there is free food. The office of bursar and the financial aid are never available over the phone, as a matter of fact don't even bother trying calling the school you will always get voicemail and no callback ever. Only way to get something done in this school regarding your enrollment, Fafsa, financial aid, etc is to go to the school and run around building to building to building with the parking lots being far from each building. Not that I'm a lazy person but come on we have email and phones now.

It's time you learned about Osteopathic Medicine = superior to Chiropractic and very effective AND more reliable. Great, caring staff. Great health center where we go to get our treatments & rehab.
