I have used Bottini for heating oil and boiler servicing and most recently added a Mitsubishi mini-split unit to a garage/basement remodeling project. The fellas who did the installation were professional, courteous and helpful in explaining all their work and the operation of this new device. As an aside, I’ve continued to be pleased with the excellent customer service provided by the folks who work in office for the company. Bottini has been great! This experience was no different. We woke up to find the house cold. We had oil; the problem was something to do with some out heating system. Everyone I've dealt with from Bottini Fuel has been professional, courteous and attentive to my many questions and requests as I moved into a older home in the area. From oil delivery to furnace setup and parts replacement. It's a first-rate operation from what I can tell.

I purchased my home three years ago as a weekend escape from the city. After an incident of substandard work by a local vendor, a friend recommended I contact Bottini. I had to sign on for oil deliveries to obtain service on my equipment. I gave it a shot and have never looked back. Bottini remotely monitors my fuel level so that even though my home is no longer just a weekend escape, I have peace of mind knowing I will never be stuck without oil in a snowstorm!
Last week I called Bottini for service in one of my heating zones that would not shut off. I called in the morning and was told they would try to get to me the same day but they had lots of calls already. I was not concerned since the temperatures were in the 60's. By evening no one had arrived so I figured they would come the next day. To my surprise, Technician John showed up in my driveway at 8:30 pm! He quickly determined the problem and replaced my zone valve. The entire process took about 30 minutes. Many Thanks to the fabulous Bottini Staff!

Bottini provides great service at a great price. Service men are always friendly and helpful. Since purchasing my first home a year ago i have had bottini. Since then I have had 2 emergency issues with my boiler on a weekend of course. Both times they came to my rescue the same day and the service was completely covered by their service plan.

The technician was online and courteous. When he was done,he came to the front door and gave me a full rundown of all of the things that he did, and all of the measurements that he took. No one had ever done before, and I've been here for 20 years! I felt very confident that he had done a good job for me. The furnace is running beautifully
