We've recently found ourselves in a tough position with recently owning our print shop and hitting bumps with service, part requests, toner, and general communication with our previous supplier.

It took us one call to Usherwood to get our tech, Mike Struble, to come down and look at our machines. One visit to order our parts and tell us what was wrong, and one final to fix everything. We were under the impression that the entire industry was unfriendly, predatory, and out for themselves but we've found Usherwood anything but. We greatly look forward to working with them in the future and having a long standing partnership.

As a medium-sized business with a heavy reliance on copying, scanning, and printing, it is critical to partner with a managed print services provider that is not only reliable, but proactive in their support.

Speaking from experience, not all MPS providers are as responsive or helpful as one might hope. It's for this reason that working with Usherwood has been great; they are extremely prompt, resourceful, and fully invested in making sure that your printing operations are always running at one-hundred percent.

If you need a fully-managed fleet such as ours, or perhaps just one-off services, I cannot recommend Usherwood highly enough. They will not only keep things running, but look out for your best interests (and bottom line) as well. I'd be remiss if I didn't mention Maria Henneberg, who is especially helpful and always goes above and beyond, and also technician Chris, who is extremely knowledgeable. Do yourself a favor and have a consultation with them; you're simply not going to find a better MPS provider in the Triple Cities.

I have been in my current department for over 4 years and our Samsung office printer has been maintained through Usherwood during this time. They have always been fast, reliable and friendly. Our service technician has always been helpful and professional. He goes above and beyond to help getting our machine up and running. In most cases, they come the same day I call. The most I've ever waited is one day. If they are unable to come the day I call, they are here the next day.
