I spoke to a handful of marketing agencies during my selection process and I decided to partner with Gilded Social. The Gilded team wanted to learn more about my business and goals where other agencies seemed to focus on ad spend. The Gilded team does whatever is necessary to increase sales. This is a huge bonus and differentiator! They not only manage my social accounts, but they also update content on the website, take photos of new products, and take the lead on various initiatives such as influencer programs, email marketing etc.. They are truly willing to do whatever it takes to grow my business.

Also, their engagement is remarkable. I wasn't expecting a text message from the owner on a Saturday morning because he had an idea to increase sales or the marketing lead to update a campaign on a Sunday because something came up. I feel like I am part of the Gilded Team and vice versa. It is a true partnership.

The shop is absolutely stunning and the workers are very kind and courteous! The dress selection is amazing as well! I seriously wanted to buy 10 dresses just for my own closet! I remember for my own wedding it was so hard to find bridesmaid dresses that weren’t frumpy! I wish i would have known about this shop then! She sold me their sample, and walked me through the process of tailoring the sample to my size. It was perfect! I am forever indebted to Tanya and Gilded Social for fulfilling my wedding dress dream. An innovative platform for real-time, on-site messaging. I first saw this product at work in a local cafe and was captivated. I stood and watched the social media feeds as they were displayed on the screen. Not only did I enjoy watching what other coffee lovers had to say about the business, but I wanted to join in the fun and write a clever post and take a picture that would make someone else stop and stare the way I had. It's a seriously addictive and interactive product. Super cool.
