Really poor tech support. They make you email them, which is always terrible, and then you don't seem to read your emails and they just send template responses. Very poor.

I called and requested info on a charge on my credit card. The lady Rachael who stated she was the receptionist was very uncooperative . Refused to get a supervisor , hung up on me 5 times. The poorest customer service I ever had. Complaints are filled.
