After a stormy day and night of rain and miserable weather our KPU internet, phoneline and tv service were disabled. We were able to talk to an individual (Noel) at KPU afterhours customer service- try that with the "other" internet service provider in town.

On day 2 of our outage i stopped by the KPU office in the mall and spoke with Kendra and Kim. Both agents were sympathetic and empathetic and contacted the service department. Even though the service department is short staffed we had the service manager and helpful Von at our house within 45 minutes.

Problem solved and we are grateful to the entire customer service staff and the service techs who addressed our out of service issue.

If you are looking for outstanding customer service it is nice to be able to be able to walk into the store and speak with real people who care about you and the service they provide. This type of service is not available from any other ISP who is serving Ketchikan. 5 Stars for local service provided by local professionals. Thank you KPU.
