I couldn't give a Zero star review, or I would have. In mid June, I contacted them for some work to be done at my residence outside of Gerry. They didn't even send someone to look at the project needed until September 12th, and I was promised a quote to be promptly delivered. 30 days later, I had to call them for the quote because they never responded. They then told me it would be after Jan 1st, unless the ground was frozen, and then not until spring, that they would ATTEMPT the work. So I contacted another electric company on Oct 31st. They came out on November 4th, and gave me a quote that day, and told me they could do the work on November 7th. They were here at 9:00 AM, and the work was completely done by 3:00 PM. And they charged me less than HALF of what this company was going to gouge me for. It was obvious they didn't want to do anything other than projects in the 6-7 figure range.
Therefore I would give Trinity Electric a ZERO star rating if I could. I would NEVER EVER recommend ANYONE to even inquire to them.
