I don’t normally leave reviews but I was in a pinch after ripping my fishing waders mid-fishing- -I wasn’t excited having to go shop during an extremely busy Sunday afternoon w/ over 100 ppl trying to buy waders at the same time. Lonnie was extremely helpful! Came right up to me, helped me find what I needed amongst the chaos, made sure everything fit perfectly- sifted through the inventory to make sure what sizes worked best! I was very much impressed how helpful he was w/ how crazy it was in there. Thanks Lonnie!

Holy smokes talk about customer service! Lonnie showed me where the water socks were and left me to it. I decided they weren’t exactly what I was looking for and started to leave and he chased me down as I was leaving letting me know that he found some alternatives which were what I was looking for. Keep in mind from the time he left me at the socks til the point I was about to leave he was in the back searching for more options for me without me asking. He won the sale and saved me a trip to Fred Meyer. I haven't seen that level of service in years. And this is during the busiest season of the year, and 15 min before closing. Thanks guys!

The help in this store (Soldotna, Ak) is exceptional. Nathan was a great help with picking out binoculars. Very knowledgeable. He also knew lots of details regarding White River Knives! Seems like an amazing knife. I liked that he was helpful but not commissioned. I could trust his opinion.

Britinai helped us cash out and was extremely helpful. She went out of her way helping us return and purchase an item. She really cared about us.

I’m from Michigan. I wish I could go to this store there. If I lived here I would come back frequently.

Convenient location if you are fishing near Russian River and in Kenai, Alaska. We bought most of our fishing gear there. Heidi is a previous fishing guide which is more knowledgeable about fishing as to where to go.

Great sport store - particularily hunting shooting fishing. Appropriate apparel for same. Prices moderate - might find less expensive on-line, but then ya can't try them on or fit for size, length of pull, how the rod feels in your hand' or any other "try it" experience.
