one of their clients owes us an accurate K1 for an investment, and for two years now, this firm has been unable and seemingly unwilling to provide it. such a simple form to get out for a client. the form that was provided last year was incorrect, to the level that a freshman in college on the first day of accounting would recognize that it wasn't accurate. this has now delayed the tax returns, two years in a row, for our investment group participants. note, I am not a client, but if you are involved with someone that is a client, I would steer way clear if you are going to need any paperwork from them.
