Dropped my laptop off at 3pm on a Monday to have my hard drive swapped out - old one crashed. Received a message at 6pm Tuesday letting me know my new hard drive was installed and it was ready for pickup! Very reasonably priced and fast service. Would recommend Jon’s service to anyone needing help with their computer.

Called about an issue with a DRAM light. Gave me a recommended course of action to try on my own. As well as offered to have me come in with it the next day. After performing recommended action computer boots again. Thank you for the help.

Last week my laptop started to beep instead of booting. No way to get it going for any length of time. Jon diagnosed the problem immediately, ordered a new mother board, got it in 3 days, put it in the day he got it, and the machine is back is service. Terrific!

Nice guy running a private shop. Helped us diagnose our custom PC build in less than 20 minutes, and was patient enough to explain it along the way. He was able to sell us most of the parts we needed for very reasonable prices and referred us to the appropriate sources for everything else.

Would highly recommend and will shop with Jon again in the future. Call ahead since he seems to work by appointment.

As of 6/24/15 Google has not updated his new address. Go to 1325 Millersport ave. The shop is in an office in the back.

My laptop stopped working suddenly, I bring it to Jon and he checked it out carefully and found the problem in a few minutes. I got my laptop back on the same day. I recommend it, honest and fast service

I dropped my laptop off to be fixed with an estimate to be fixed in about 3 weeks, which was great because that's when I would be passing back through Buffalo. 3 weeks comes around, and he says a few more weeks, which I was fine with. That trend continued on, and eventually he'd had my laptop for 3 months and I hadn't heard from him in a month, and only once the month before that, with the promise "I will be working on it this week". As I live in another city and cannot just stop in to the office, I called the Buffalo police to report it stolen. They contacted him, and then he FINALLY contacted me back. As if this wasn't already a very annoying inconvenience, he refused to give me any sort of discount on the repair. If I did not pay full price, he said, he would sell my laptop to pay (when my laptop was obviously worth more than what I "owed" him).

I was never given a reason for this other than "I've been out of the office a lot lately." Nice guy at first but was completely and utterly disappointed with the level of customer service and transparency.
