Brought my laptop in for emergency repairs and was told it would be dealt with later in the day. Didn't hear back from them by 10am the next day, so I called and nobody answered so I left a message. After another hour I called again with the same results so I drove there to see what the story was. I was told in a unpleasant fashion that they didn't were too busy to look at it and were also too busy to even call me. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.

I brought my desktop computer to Computer SOS (Cleveland Drive) in December 2023 thinking they would tell me it was a lost cause. Technician Scott worked his magic, and it is now working as good as new. I would highly recommend!

Scott helped me repair my old computer at a reasonable price. Great place, great service, and save you money. Not like the larger store who don't care about the customer, just the bottom dollar.

I'd give ZERO if I could. Horrible customer service with Magento/Counterpoint integration. I've had the unfortunate experience in dealing with them for 4+ years because I was locked in with Counterpoint. Have lost $1000s in sales due to their incompetence with Magento and inability to debug and make simple corrections to the site. Counterpoint users DO NOT USE this company.

The employees are professional and clearly know what they're doing, so they are worth the price. I recently had a device fixed, and it feels as goo as new! There was one employee who made us rather uncomfortable, like we were a nuisance, but for the most part, everyone was helpful and pleasant. Definitely intend to return here if I have any other devices in need of fixing in the future

This review has to do with the older heavyset woman / secretary inside the business.

I stopped in to have my computer repaired. I stood there for over 10 minutes in the vestibule waiting for this woman to stand up and walk over after looking up at me multiple times. The woman then made me feel like I was inconveniencing her in every way possible. I gave her my information by exchanging threw a piece of glass and a intercom. Extremally unnecessary. I was extremally frustrated by the short answers and rude tone that she was using.

I came back a few days later and she was there again. seaming to be extremally inconvenienced by me or anyone for that matter.
She then decided to search for over 10 minutes for my computer. Like she had no idea what she was doing.

I have zero complaints on the repairs that happened. but the exchange with the woman in the store was something to be desired. No customer service skills.

disguisting.Charged me 140 plus tax for a bsod repair.I fixed it myself i just needed a 8gb usb downloaded windows on it and connected the usb to the laptop that had bsod in it and it was fixed.140 for a simple fix is freaking obsurd
