Having worked in the IT industry for over 20+ years, Hover's execution of our transition to their services was impressive. The team was very organized, lead us through each step of the process and left us with zero downtime during the transition. Everything from sales, implementation and support was top notch. The actual service itself has been excellent. Call quality is amazing, no tweaking in our firewall was necessary and the Hover Buzz app is great as well! If you use VoIP I would strongly recommend giving Hover a call.

Needed some help getting transcription set up for voicemails sent to email. Brittany responded almost instantly to my email and got it done. Then, when I had a followup question about getting things to display properly on my phone, Brittany again sprung into action and made a fix to get things readable almost immediately. Great, responsive customer service from a real person. Would recommend.

Provides excellent service. Switching to Hover was the best decision for the practice, it has decreased call volumes, the quality of calls has majorly improved, and overall administration burden has decreased. The reporting available to see where call volumes are high, low, when more staffing is needed has been a game changer. Not only is the quality the phone system amazing, but the team at Hover are very knowledgeable and beyond helpful.
