Worked here for a bit, very nice company if your looking to join clubs and parties but the the jobs it’s self for the wage just quite isn’t worth it, but I would’ve stayed if they didn’t force you to do sales gym….

I worked here a number of years ago and unless you work on a sales team, you're treated like hot, steaming garbage. I worked in the mail room and was constantly told that what I was doing want good enough and had to bend over backwards to please the sales team. You're not better then me! Not to mention Ken, my supervisor at the time was a raging jerk who'd scream at me because I didn't pick up overtime or because I didn't know how to disassemble machinery so they could recycle the parts. The only job I've ever left before having another one in place and I'm so glad that I did. I imagine if you're on a sales team it's a great place to work, but otherwise avoid like the plague! Also, the pay was garbage!

Any company that forces employees to come in to the office in 2024 is garbage and shouldn't be in business. Being that this is a TECHNOLOGY company that is incapable of figuring out the incredibly valuable and cost saving technology that makes working from home possible is clearly not any type of industry leader in TECHNOLOGY.

Warning to Resellers: Do not buy from Ingram Micro. Our company commenced business with Ingram Micro back in the 80’s (the original Micro D). We are a pioneer Reseller in the California IT industry. Ingram Micro sadly evolved into a hollow warehouse, void of business ethics, run from an impotent call center in the Philippines. The Ingram Micro extreme decline commenced with their acquisition by the Chinese company Tianjin Tianhai, and later Platinum Equity. Long gone are their qualified IT staff in Santa Ana and Irvine California, and Buffalo New York. Under company CEO Paul Bay, Ingram Micro fails to deliver customer service, will attempt to stick you with opened products (returned by other customers), and will invoice you at their discretion. Most Resellers lack the legal resources to fight this dangerous, predatory giant. The Ingram Micro Cloud business is a poor performing AWS wannabe. Their abysmal distribution/logistics business is one big sh-t show compared to industry leaders such as Scansource, or Synnex-TechData. Do yourself a big favor and avoid purchasing from this failing and ruthless distributor. Unfortunately, we learnt this the hard way. Buyer beware.
