Do not sign up for them unless you are certain you want to pay one price this year almost 70 % increase auto charged on credit card 15 months later. Then when you say WT.... they say NO REFUNDS... you have to tell us 30 days before renewal that you want to cancel. But they don't tell you there is a renewal 30 days before. At least in my case they did not tell me. Not a way to do business. If you are confident in your product you should not need to lock someone in to a contract. I have not used the product in more than half a year..... they know this... they charge my VISA card anyway and won't refund it at all.

In my opinion this company has bad business practices. I did sign up for the service. Then did not realize that I was under auto-renew. They will not refund my payment. They charged my card and will not do a refund. Make sure you read ALL the fine print. Remove yourself from Auto-Renewal. There customer service leaves a lot to be desired.

I signed up with them about 1.5 years ago. When one of my agencies came to renew I called and specifically told them that I was planning on leaving my current provider and wanted to know IF I would renew I would get a refund. I was told yes. I paid for 1 year of service and used the product 1 month. I was told since I used it one time I would not be refunded and I was out $500+. Then after emailing them months ago that I was not with my current company they billed me again today for $570. They told me they would be refunding me that thankfully. This company is not someone you should do business with and I wish I hadn't.

Where customer service goes to die..... I have never had such poor service on a product compounded by an attitude when asking why there were always problems. Seriously, use someone else if you can. I don't plan on renewing next year.

I’ve utilized this software for years however I got stuck on a recent change and I was able to get some help. I tried chatting in however it was a bit of a challenge getting someone on the line to chat- after some time I called in and they also had a long wait; however I hung up and called back and got someone on the line who was able to assist with the software issue I was experiencing.
