I have been living at The Belaire for little over a year. The community is quiet and I have never had any problems with any of the residents. The two times I have had maintenance issues JoJo The maintenance supervisor has been quick to resolve the issue. The maintenance staff is very helpful and easy to contact if you need any help. Michael in the front office also showed me lots of kindness when I had stepped in to ask some questions.

Since I have moved in Marietta I have been happy as ever. My last apartment complex was nothing like the BELAIRE. Gladys is amazing always prompt and quick to respond to your questions. JoJo joining the team has made them shine and do amazing things. Whenever I need as service, they are there within the week or advises what needs to happen rather than not responding. Filter/Kitchen appliances good.

Please remember JoJo and Gladys are new to this site(location) and fixing issues so be patient with them and know they are doing way better then what I’ve experienced in the past.

Thank you Gladys and JoJo continue doing what you’re doing. Appreciate the dedication to make this community grow. It’s look beautiful.

Gladys in the leasing office is exceptional! We greatly appreciated her directness and honesty. She has always done her very best to help and make sure our needs were addressed. She really shows a level of professionalism and knowledge. We felt secure during our entire signing process. She handled our frustrations well and we appreciated that. She has never been rude or disrespectful in any way.

Danny on the maintenance team is excellent! We had several issues in our home and he addressed every one of them. He took the time to explain things to us, which really meant a lot to us. He made us feel like our needs mattered. As tenants we wanted to be sure we were doing our part , and he was very open to sharing things we could do on our end. Above all we just appreciated his willingness to communicate timelines, issues he faced, and the assurance that he was on top of things. We’ve had a good experience overall.
