I placed a very small order with Perfect Image on Monday, May 6th for my son’s graduation, which is tomorrow. Unfortunately, I received the shocking news today, the day before his graduation, that my order isn’t ready. This is incredibly disappointing and surprising behavior from Perfect Image, especially considering the glowing compliments I’ve heard about their service. I had high expectations for this order to be a great way to represent my son in the audience, but instead, it has left me feeling let down and embarrassed. I will be requesting a full refund and will never recommend this company to anyone. This experience has truly disappointed me, and I expected better from a company with such a reputation.
