Beware when using Edgeware for Salesforce or Sage Live related implementations. They are very personable and responsive, but they don't seem to know the system very well. We told them our needs prior to signing an agreement with them and they told us it was possible. After 47 of our 60 hours that we paid for, they came back to us and told us we couldn't have what we originally requested.

They're problem resolution was very weak including telling us we didn't so our proper due diligence, which we have records of doing.

Sage Live is new and Edgeware is even newer to it. Be very careful because they will say yes without actually knowing if they can do it.
