What an honor to do business with Jim, a fellow Veteran. He masterfully resurrected my liquid damaged laptop. My repair required new parts and meticulous cleaning. Having a computer issue can be one of the most stressful things that a person can encounter.

My advice would be to right now without waiting save contact info for Meck Tech Solutions in your phone.

My experience is that you call and in my case I got Jim on the phone. Of course I'm in a panic, it's my computer, I don't want to let everybody down that is counting on me. Jim is one of those people, those few individuals that have the ability to instantly make you feel like everything's going to be okay he's got you.

After only a few questions Jim is able to at least in my case remote into my machine, do his magic, and my computer returned to normal (actually it's much faster than before )

I look for professionals that make their job look easy even though I know it's a very complex issue that they are dealing with.

Jim is one of those few people that can make it look easy what he's doing. I don't like to hear about problems I like solutions and those are the kind of people who put your mind at ease because you know you're in good hands.

These are the kind of people I can count on to be fair with the bill. I don't have to worry if I'm going to get my bill and have heartburn. The bill was very fair and I was very happy with not having to worry about making an appointment or waiting in line; he was able to make me feel like my issue was the most important thing in front of him at that moment and fixing it was just as important to him as it was me.

Professionals that are able to do their job and make it look easy even though it's a very complex issue are who I save to my contacts and who I refer when friends ask who to call.
