This is a well-run, honest, knowledgeable business propelled by a quick-witted technician (and his dog, Wally). Coming in with an issue that no other spots in town (technical shops, computer repair places, general repair shops) could fix, we were able to walk in with no appointment and came with parts we had purchased with the hope of fixing the issue ourselves, and the problem was diagnosed and fixed within twenty minutes at a more-than-reasonable price.

While waiting in the shop, we overheard the technician take on a multitude of cases over the phone with incredible problem-solving skills and patience. We were also impressed by his honesty and bluntness with making sure he wasn’t doing more repairs than were necessary, saving the customer the money and time it might take at other shops recommending excessive/unnecessary repairs. He was coming up with diagnoses and solving problems as he performed our repair flawlessly.

This is going to be my first stop from here on out.

As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by the coolest little dude. Behind him, the owner was working at the desk. I asked him for help with my laptop and he said he could take a look at it but it would take some time because he had other projects.
Within the week, I got a call saying it was all set!
I came in the next day to pick it up and it works better than before. He even updated the system for me (which I'm sure was part of the problem).
Really friendly guy, very knowledgeable and he earned himself a customer for life. Thank you!!!!

My family has now taken two iPads to this place. The first was in June 2022: My iPad Air 5th Gen, which had HORRIBLE digitizer and LCD damage! We took it to Arctic Tech, and slightly less than a month later it was good as new (save for a dirt speck in the front camera). It took a long time, but it was worth it! 5 stars on that fix.

In the week of May 9 this year, we took my old iPad 6 into Arctic Tech for repair. It had a ripped up digitizer with many cracks, plus a missing home button. It is now June 22, and the iPad is still in the repair shop. The guy says it’ll be ready by the end of this week, which is today. I’m a little disappointed with how long this repair is taking, but I understand that this is a precise repair, especially with the home button assembly. I hope it’ll be done at least by the end of this upcoming week.

By some distance the best mobile repair man I have ever been to. I had a problem while I was travelling in the US with an iPhone that had got locked into a reboot loop for the second time. I had been forced to completely wipe it last time and was worried I would have to do the same here.

The man opened up the iPhone, figured out the problem (some corrosion near the Face ID and front facing camera) in about ten minutes and then fixed it in five more. Turned it on as if there had never been a problem and cost me $50, with a screen protector. Very pleased. Recommend!

He also kept the shop open late to help me.

Paid 150 bucks to get an hdmi port fixed. Got home and the problem was fixed for all of six hours after plugging it back in. Literally didn’t touch it after that and it stopped working again. Dude didn’t even own up to his sub par repair job.

He did a great job with my PC after I accidentally built it incorrectly. Also was very affordable with his pricing! Cable management was good and he installed a lot programs needed so I just added my games to it.

He did take a bit with it, but I can tell he handled my pc with care so that’s all that mattered. I recommend this place!

Quality service to fix the maxed out storage of my MacBook.

Roger was a busy mad man behind the counter serving numerous customer issues. There is a kind dog in store. Reasonable charge to fix: $75. I was able to leave macbook and return a couple hours later when it was ready for pickup.
