Great experience! I’m 68, and not tech savvy at all, and my new laptop issues were taken care of, and I was shown how to do what I needed to.
The gentleman running the business, Ray, is very knowledgeable and so kind! I could tell by our conversation that he is a man of integrity and honesty. I highly recommend this business!

Got to the shop this morning and the computer would not turn on at all! We started to panic, then we took the computer to N GA Computers and they had us back up and running within 45 minutes!! I needed a rubber belt for an audio player,the store owner didn't have anything available, but offered one of his old cd drives from a computer free of charge, unfortunately the belt was to small, if I ever need anything computer related ,I will make this my only shop.

Had my computer repaired. There was a corrupt windows file that prevented me from doing anything. Unfortunately, I no longer had the product key, however, North Georgia Computer Brokers were able to retrieve my files and re-install windows 10 for me. They also physically cleaned my laptop on the inside, so that it would not run so hot. The price was reasonable and the service was prompt and friendly. I would recommend them to anyone.
