Phillip was extremely helpful seemed to know right away what was wrong.. once I sent him pics it verified what he Already knew and was able to tell us what to do and we were up and running within 10mins of the call, painless and he was so very kind and understanding of a 70yr old “Non Tech” person. If Your remaining staff are 1/2 as kind and understanding ETC will be #1 for a LONG TIME!

Travis, Matt & Drew have all been amazing to work with. They have been very patient with us and their knowledge and expertise in security is evident. The entire team is courteous, prompt and extremely friendly and professional. They have taken care of all our security needs, upgrades and concerns, immediately upon request. You can’t ask for better service than that. It’s also nice to have a company with the small town feel and relationship but with the technology that is needed in today’s world. Out of the hundreds of times I’ve called these guys I’ve never been left on hold once, and I’ve never not had my problem resolved. I spoke with Philip today and he was exceptional, great attitude and it really felt like he was excited to help me. Also spoke with Zach a few nights ago, also great. It was around 12 at night and he was just as excited to help as any one else I’ve spoken too here. Me and my family greatly appreciate the charismatic energy and amazing attitude these guys give. You guys are doing great keep it up!!

Disconnected Without Warning – Poor Communication

My internet was shut off with no warning, even though I was on autopay. I had recently closed the account my bill was drafted from and thought I had updated it. Apparently, the payment didn’t go through for a month, but I never received a call, email, or text warning me of a pending disconnection.

When I saw the overdue balance, I paid it immediately—yet it was already too late. They had scheduled the disconnection and charged me a fee to reconnect. A simple notice or reminder could have easily prevented this. Instead, I was left dealing with unnecessary hassle and extra charges.

Unfortunately, they’re the only provider in my area, or I’d switch in a heartbeat. If you have other options, take them!

ETC has always been my company of choice. I recently added cameras and a security system to my business. Their professionalism, swiftness with the install and even training on the system was seamless. I cannot recommend them enough! I do not use this companies services. They were doing work in my neighborhood and used my hose and water. That I do not have a problem with. The hose is always neatly hung but after this employee finished, he chose to leave my hose laying on the ground. Also, he had taken off the nozzle and it was left unattached and also just laying on the ground. If you are going to use someone else property then at least have the courtesy to put it back like you found it!
