Our company has used Zultys phones since 2004 and we've been pleased with the performance. Datatel 360 recently helped us install a new Zultys phone system that we use with a PRI. All of my co-workers like the Zultys Zip33G phones and MXIE app. We've had a few minor glitches which were no fault of Datatel. We have a very specialized setup with our PA system and paging options at our plant. Michael helped us get it configured along with several other features like the mobile MXIE app, voice mail and operator groups, etc. Michael Kirchhoff and Marsie Johnson are great to work with! Our company has one Corporate and 12 branch offices. The MX250 VoIP server we purchased from Datatel360 in 2012 has proven to be an asset to our offices. We have some fairly unique needs and requirements which Michael has continued to help with being a liaison with Zultys to get us answers and support. Even though VoIP is more complex than our old PBX systems, we have had a substantial cost savings allowing us to remove 5-6 AT&T POTS lines per site.
