Standard and comfortable. Stayed here during June while the weather averaged low 40s-high 60s. When my partner and I arrived, the place was clean and tidy. It is a two story building comprised of a living room, kitchen, master bedroom (full size mattress), guest bedroom (twin size mattress) and small bathroom. We were part of a space that allowed pets, and provided a kennel for a small to mid size animal, and two pet bowls.

Major things to note:
•There is hot water, just takes time to heat up.
• It's best to use one water-related thing at a time. If you're running the dishwasher, you're not gonna get much water for a shower at the same time.
• Wiring and appliances are dated, but decent.
• A/C was unavailable for us, but we were fine with the ceiling fans or bundling up with the provided extra linens. Edit: We found out the front desk was renting out space heaters.
• JBER Lodging WiFi included some website restrictions that my partner usually had access to when working on base.
• Walls are not soundproof so you can typically hear your neighbors.

Kitchen had a basic cooking set. Some kitchen tools like spatula, ladle; eating utensils, cutlery. Cookware; stainless steel pans and pot. Bakeware, some sealtight pryex bowls. We had a 4 slice toaster, Mr. Coffee maker, dishwasher, sink, microwave, electric stove, fridge and freezer. Our eating area was a small table for 4 and included a baby chair. Only essentials we needed to buy for our stay apart from food were cleaning supplies. We also found cooking spray but did not use it.

If you're worried about noise, the dishwasher, washer and dryer are pretty loud.

Beds were fine. If you're particular about the mattress, it is more hard than soft and cushiony.

My partner and I did not use the LG TVs and DVD players but there are TV channels available for family and kids.

MISC Supplies provided:
• 1 ply toilet paper, three rolls
• One roll of paper towels
• Extra towels, blankets
• Tissue boxes
• Hangers in closet
• Travel size shampoo and conditioner and small body bar soap
• Rinse cups
• Small notepad and pen by desk and nightstand
• Coffee grounds and sugar/creamer, but no coffee filters

My partner and I did not ask for housekeeping because we would rather tidy ourselves.

Outside is a closed off pet area, picnic area/gazebo, playground, and a lot of open grass.

Very outdated and dirty. The downstairs furniture is so disgusting we had to put several blankets over them. The bathroom is tiny. I would recommend staying anywhere else. Only plus is there is a full size kitchen and three bedrooms.

So there are windows in the showers.... Initially I gave a 4* review because I mean they're doing their best, but... BUT:
Bugs everywhere coming in from outside.
Pet friendly units are literally falling apart.
You can hear everything through the walls and you won't be sleeping too well if you're near the workstations.
These buildings have no climate control, it was 105° inside my room yesterday when it was only about 78° outside.
The beds are VERY hard, I know some people like that but I've gotta be honest this place is hard to deal with.

Yesterday I was near the dog enclosure, and these workers were just sitting there chain smoking and talking trash about the various guests and what they have in their rooms... Who does that? That's pretty unprofessional...

Pet friendly and adequate lodging for a reasonable price. The furniture really needs to be replaced. Beds were doubles or smaller,, and the sofa was bleach-stained and ripped. While we don't expect TLFs to be 5 stars, these were certainly a few steps down from what we've experienced at other bases. A small pet park and block heater plugs are conveniently located. It's a short walk to the DFAC or BK, when they are open.

Very poorly built and our neighbors we got were hella loud. The dryer was overly loud and you could pnly use 1 water source at once.
